Is the issue you are tryna play Outer Rim and getting infinite loading? Are you getting infinite loading when you launch the game, or is it infinite loading when you launch dungeons/maps? Regardless I would say def make sure you followed the classic troubleshoot steps - First remove all mods so the game is clean.

To me a lightsaber needs to pass through everything, yet with TOR if it's not a full swing hit the blade will often get stuck against the enemy, resulting in an awkward tumble.
